Jim Souza

Jim has opened 18 restaurants and at one point, his company had 450 employees. In addition he has held a California General Contractors license for 25 years.

Jim and his wife always enjoyed their trips to Las Vegas and they especially enjoyed seeking out interesting restaurants. So in 2004 they did the logical thing and moved to Las Vegas permanently!

Believing that the current market correction presents an attractive investment opportunity, Jim has recently assembled a personal portfolio of single family homes in the area, all of which were bank owned properties. Using his personal experience gained, Jim now devotes his efforts at SELLPRO REALTY to representing like minded investors as their Exclusive Buyer’s Agent.

With his construction background and certification in Property Management, Jim is able to provide a turn-key service for both local and out of state investors. He will find you great properties, arrange for any repairs needed, find qualified tenants, and then provide quality ongoing property management services. Rental properties are a great investment and Jim’s goal is to make that investment stress free.
